The Grand Lion is a rental residential mixed-use building that boasts an enviable location, seamlessly integrated with existing transportation networks and the vibrant Lower Lonsdale community, along with its myriad amenities. The project introduces a serene and enjoyable pedestrian pathway, offering an alternative route for those wishing to connect to Lower Lonsdale via 1st Street and Mahon Avenue.
Crafted with concrete construction, the building features high-quality, durable finishes including architectural concrete, metal cladding, high-efficiency glazing, and glass balcony guards. The façade is enriched with varied colors and textures of metal cladding, adding depth and visual interest.

At street level, an amenity room with an adjoining outdoor patio and office space provides a welcoming overview of the surroundings. The design incorporates extensive planting at grade, complemented by expansive, livable roof decks above, creating a harmonious blend of urban living and natural beauty.
The exterior of the building has a modern, multi-story design with large glass windows and balconies featuring glass railings. The façade combines sleek white and dark gray finishes, giving a contemporary and sophisticated look. The clean, minimalist design with smooth surfaces and sharp lines adds to its aesthetic appeal. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, while glass balconies provide outdoor spaces for enjoying the views. Small trees and shrubs are planted along the entrance pathway, which is paved with concrete steps leading to the main door, highlighting the building's high-quality construction.
