Adding a touch of sophistication and variety, the top floor boasts one-bedroom and den units, each featuring sculptural spiral staircases that not only enhance the architectural elegance but also contribute to a diverse housing mix. Residents of these units enjoy seamless access to a roof deck, perfect for relaxation or social gatherings, while offering stunning views that celebrate the neighborhood's vibrancy.
