This building is a response to innovative new zoning in Squamish which envisions mix of light industrial uses at grade with a combination of market rental and strata housing units above.

Co-locating ultra-light industrial with homes and offices is a solution to the demand for more residential units while reinventing a sustainable mixed industrial typology on scarce inner city/towns industrial lands.

The project will provide a generous second floor south facing amenity deck for residents, and at grade a landscaped addition to the towns expanding bike path system that will connect the project to other proposed new buildings in this new neighborhood.
