The project is a wood frame, mixed use building consisting of three floors of residential over one level of retail, with two levels of below grade parking, storage and service areas.

The site is located in the fast redeveloping inner city neighborhood of Mount Pleasant. This neighborhood is home to an wide variety of shops and amenities, as well as being well served with transit.

On a challenging sloping site, the concept was to distinguish the relatively small building by its crisp modern esthetic.
