This mid-block project is made affordable through the design of highly functional studio units. The top floor, roof deck accessible, one bed and den units, with sculptural spiral stairs adds architectural flair and housing mix to the building. The existing diverse and varied community of Mount Pleasant is well served by transit and an increasing wealth of cafes, restaurants, and other amenities.
