This project consists of a 4-storey mixed use, retail, strata residential building with roof terraces and below grade parking. Construction is wood frame above concrete ground floor podium.

Located in historic and up and coming Mount Pleasant near one of Vancouver’s prominent corners, Main and Broadway, the project is in walking distance to a variety of amenities and one of Vancouver’s “coolest” streets- Main Street. As well as proximity to a new public transit subway hub and an existing B-line bus route & bike lanes this project was designed as an affordable boutique housing option.
