The WPL project is a four storey office building located in Langley, BC. The top floor is designed as a flagship for the owner’s private business. Additional leased office space is proposed over one floor of underground parking.

This project attempts to ally quality contemporary design with an attractive and crisp colour palette. The nearly monochrome colour scheme is accentuated with warm wood soffits and reveals. The use of higher cost materials at key locations – entrances and soffits – concentrates these details where they have the most visual impact and allow the more standard materials to create a quiet backdrop. Careful consideration has been given to the office users views both into and out of their future office.
