This 165,000 ft2 three-storey corporate head quarters building is essentially three buildings joined together around several multi-storey atria. With a limit of three storeys on the site and the programmatic requirements, the planning stacked the buildings between atriums. This reduced the scale of the massing, while drawing natural light into work areas through the atria and capturing large open assembly social spaces between buildings.

A full-scale daycare, cafeteria, and fitness centre, as well as work and informal meeting spaces benefit from the high-volume day light spaces.
