Macleod Station is a master planned, mixed-use neighbourhood in South Calgary comprised of commercial, residential, hotel, and a partially enclosed retail/commercial pedestrian ‘highline street’ with active plazas and nodes throughout.

This multi phased master planned community would embrace the greenest, cleanest building practises and creates a pedestrian friendly complete community. Retail, office, light industrial, diverse urban housing types, hotel and entertainment uses are planned. Close proximity to two C light rail stations complements the urban objectives of the neighborhood.

This was a challenging, complex project, where planning through multiple phases was critical.
