An award-winning international architect, Jordan will serve as the Project Manager and Project Director for the Campus Master Plan / Land Use Study and Seismic Analysis.  Jordan has more than 27 years of professional experience encompassing all aspects of project development including front end due diligence, contract negotiation, work plan and schedule assignment, concept design, client and city co-ordination, design development, contract documentation and administration, and post construction analysis. Respected for his strong and open-minded management style, Jordan has worked on a range of projects that have received global recognition for their high standards of sustainability and design excellence. These include the master planning and design for: CTTC Kwantlen Polytechnic University (Cloverdale Campus), which received international recognition for the use of passive design strategies to increase daylighting and reduce energy consumption; Broadway Tech Centre, Croydon Drive, Site 2 and 6 – all of which offer an unrivalled sustainable working environment for tenants.
